Chairmans Report

The next few months are going to be exciting times for this Club, we plan to develop what we have and also want to go into unexplored areas for us. First we are going to add a Junior team to the Club within the next couple of years which will give the players within our ranks another opportunity to achieve the highest level they can. The current amateur team have been fighting a lone battle representing the adult section. Secondly having just added one girl’s team, we are determined to add a further three by the summer, and are working in conjunction with the SFA to put this into place.

It is going to be a difficult time for the Club with taking on the extra workload and costs in such a short time, but we hope that the long term benefits will strengthen the Club.
The Club is losing players at such a rapid rate to the pro youths it is frightening, but satisfying that what we are doing here is giving the boys the best opportunity to take the step up to the next level. That is due to the high quality of coaches we have working at the Club who give so much commitment.
This on top of the Astroturf pitch being laid at Huntershill, we will hopefully have a well established Club firmly based in Bishopbriggs.

Coaches/Managers/Committee Wanted

Due to the expansion of the Club we are looking for committed people who are willing to become involved in running teams, particularly at the older age groups. We are looking for ambitious people. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact us through the Club email address.
